ActiveCampaign
The ActiveCampaign connector keeps contacts, tags, and custom fields in sync both ways. Your site stays in charge: the CRM is a connection you can swap or drop.
ActiveCampaign earned its following on email automation, and email automation is where a membership site lives or dies: the welcome sequence, the trial nudges, the win-back campaign. The connector wires those automations to actual access. An automation step that applies a tag opens the site to that contact; a tag removed by an exit sequence closes it. The same automations you already trust with your email now run the doors.
Sync is continuous and both ways. A registration on your site creates or updates the contact in ActiveCampaign immediately. A profile change on your site lands on the contact record. Custom fields flow in both directions, so anything your automations need to know about the member, the member can supply directly on the site.
Lists and tags behave the way ActiveCampaign users expect: tags are the access currency, and list membership stays yours to manage. Deep data from ecommerce events is preserved where you use it, so purchase history stays attached to the same contact record the membership knows.
Setup is an API URL and key from your ActiveCampaign settings, a paste into the connection screen, and the connection check. From there the two systems behave like one.
