HubSpot Alpha
The HubSpot connector keeps contacts, tags, and properties in sync both ways between your site and HubSpot.
HubSpot is the CRM most B2B teams grow into: contacts, companies, deals, and a marketing hub that runs the whole funnel. A membership site in a HubSpot shop used to be an island, with the site's idea of a member disconnected from the pipeline that actually sold them the membership.
The connector puts the two in conversation. A member on your site is a contact in HubSpot, kept identical. Access decisions ride on tags, so HubSpot workflows can open and close the site: a deal stage change can grant access the moment the contract is signed, and a lapsed renewal workflow can end it. Your sales team keeps working in pipelines while the site quietly follows the deals.
Properties sync in both directions. Fields a member updates on your site land on their contact record, and contact properties from HubSpot can personalize pages on your site. Company-level data stays attached on the HubSpot side, which matters when one organization buys seats for many members.
Setup is a private app token from your HubSpot developer settings, pasted into the connection screen, then the connection check to confirm scopes. Workflows, lists, and email already in place keep running; they just gain the ability to control the site.
