Zoho Beta
The Zoho CRM connector syncs contacts and lookup fields between your site and Zoho CRM.
Zoho CRM is the system of record for many B2B businesses, and the connector makes it part of your membership without changing how you already work. Contacts sync both ways: a member who registers on your site appears in Zoho, and a lead converted in Zoho can become a member on your site.
Access control follows the same tag-driven model as every Torii connector: a tag applied in a Zoho workflow opens access on your site at the next sync; removing the tag ends it. Tag support is part of what the beta is still finishing, so build tag-driven access rules once it ships; until then, manage access on the site side.
Lookup fields are supported, so a shortcode can pull the current value of a Zoho field for the logged-in member and display it on a page. That is useful for personalization: show a member their account manager's name, their contract renewal date, or their support tier pulled straight from Zoho.
Setup takes an API client and a few minutes in the connection settings, followed by the connection check to confirm credentials and scopes are right before you rely on it. The connection walk-through covers every screen, from the Zoho API Console to the first sync.
