Fluent Forms
Fluent Forms submissions connected to the member record: fields sync, tags apply, and automations take over.
Fluent Forms is a popular form builder, and on a membership site most forms eventually need to touch the membership: registrations, applications, profile updates, upgrade requests. The stock setup routes the submission to email and leaves the membership work to whoever reads it.
The integration closes that gap. A form submission can update fields on the member's record, so a profile form writes changes straight to WordPress and the CRM. It can apply or remove tags, which means the form itself can drive access: an application form that applies a "pending-review" tag, an upgrade form that applies the upgraded tier, a cancellation form that starts a graceful offboarding.
Forms also know who is logged in. Fields can pre-fill from the member's record, so an address form starts with the address you already have instead of blanks. Hidden fields can capture the member's identity automatically, which kills the "which member submitted this" guessing game on support forms.
Validation and anti-spam stay in Fluent Forms where they belong, so you keep the form builder's whole toolkit. The integration adds the membership plumbing behind the submit button: one submission, the record updates, the tags land, and whatever automation you've built around those tags takes it from there.
