LearnPress

Course protection and enrollment by tag. LearnPress courses become membership content: enroll on tag, revoke when the tag comes off.

LearnPress is a popular free-leaning LMS, and like most LMS plugins it manages its own enrollments separately from everything else on your site. The integration connects it to your membership so a tag is all it takes: the member holds the tag, the course opens up; the tag comes off, the course closes.

The payoff is automation. A purchase in your CRM applies a tag and the buyer is in the course, with no manual enrollment step and no CSV import. Free trials, upgrade paths, and win-back campaigns work the same way, because to your automations a course is just another thing a tag controls.

Shortcodes extend the basics to page building. Check whether the current member is enrolled in a course or has finished it, and show different content accordingly: a "start course" button for newcomers, a "resume" button for people mid-course, a certificate link for finishers. Course history can also be reset from the admin side when a membership restarts.

Progress tracking stays intact, so completion records survive access lapses. A member who returns picks up where they stopped.
