Zoom

Zoom meetings as membership content. Gate live sessions by tag, embed them with per-member join links, and track who actually attended.

A membership site that runs live sessions usually manages them somewhere else entirely: a Zoom link pasted into a protected page, forwarded around, joined by whoever has it. That arrangement leaks in both directions. Paying members wrestle with passwords and waiting rooms, while the shared link ends up in a group chat and anyone joins. The Zoom module pulls the meeting inside the membership perimeter where it belongs.

Each meeting is a piece of content with its own access rules. Tag the meeting the way you tag a page: members holding the right tag see the embedded meeting, everyone else sees your fallback content or nothing at all. There is no link to forward. The join button works only for the member viewing the page, so a link shared in a group chat gets nobody in. [memb_zoom_meeting] places the meeting on any page, and [memb_zoom_ics] gives members a calendar invite so the session lands in their calendar without a copy-paste.

Attendance tracking comes built in. You can see who joined each session, which is the difference between "300 members enrolled" and "40 members actually show up." For cohort programs and certification requirements, that attendance record is the deliverable.

Meetings respect the same automation as everything else: apply a tag by automation when a member registers, and the meeting appears on their dashboard without a manual step.
