[memb_change_password]

Description

Outputs a password change form using the template system. The user must supply their current password plus the new password twice. The actual password change is handled by the form submission handler after the form posts.

Error and success state are read from query string parameters:

  • ?password_error={code}: displays a mapped error message. Codes: current (wrong current password), empty (missing fields), login (not logged in), match (new passwords differ), nonce (security check failed), strength (password too weak).
  • ?password_success=1: displays the success state.

The HTML this shortcode renders comes from a template you can override in your theme. See Shortcode Templates.
