[memb_course_unenroll]
Description
Action shortcode: unenrolls the user via LLMS_Student::unenroll(),
skipping the call when not enrolled. Only operates on singular pages,
for logged-in users, when the target is a real LifterLMS course
post. Any other condition is a silent no-op. Returns no output.
