[memb_group_csv_import_form]

Description

Renders the bulk import upload form. The CSV's first row is field slugs: email, firstname, and lastname are required, and any other Torii field slug imports that field's values. The full format is covered in CSV Imports. After the upload is processed, results (successes, failures, duplicates) appear via [memb_group_notices].

The form's team dropdown lists all active teams across the owner's groups. Renders nothing for non-owners, or owners whose groups have no teams.

The group_id may also arrive from the URL (?group_id=).
