[memb_group_is_member]

Description

The broadest group conditional, it matches owners, managers, and regular members alike. Use it to show group-specific content to anyone who belongs to a group: shared resources, group policies, member-only announcements.

When neither group_id nor team_id is set, the check passes for any active membership. With either set, the membership must match.
