[memb_group_team_invites]

Description

Renders pending invitations across the current user's owned groups: email, role, date sent, and action buttons (resend, revoke). When the owner has multiple groups, the table labels which group each invite belongs to.

Only group owners see this table; managers and members get nothing. The group_id may also arrive from the URL (?group_id=).
