[memb_keap_add_creditcard]

Description

Renders Keap's hosted payment form (the Keap payment-method component) so the logged-in member can add a new card. The member types their card details into Keap's own form, and those details go from the browser directly to Keap. Nothing sensitive passes through your server.

When Keap confirms the card was saved, the connector runs the follow-up steps on your site's side:

• Active subscriptions due to bill today or later are re-pointed to the new card (default). Set plan_ids to limit this to specific Keap plans.
• Unpaid order balances from the last 30 days are retried against the new card (backcharge). This is the only step that creates real charges, so turn it off if you bill dunning manually.
• The Torii tag in tag_id is applied to the member.
• The member is redirected to success_url, and the shortcode renders a success notice on return. A failed save redirects to failure_url with an error notice instead.

To show the member's subscriptions with the new card on file, pair it with [memb_keap_list_subscriptions].

Shortcode Parameters

backcharge

Retry unpaid order balances from the last 30 days against the new card. Creates real merchant charges. Default: yes.

button_id

HTML id attribute for the submit button. Default: torii-keap-add-creditcard-submit.

button_style

Inline CSS for the submit button, e.g. button_style="background:#C2410C;color:#fff;". Default: ''.

button_text

Label for the submit button. Default: Add Card.

debug

Show setup diagnostics while logged in as a super admin. Member-facing pages never show diagnostics regardless of this setting. Default: no.

default

Re-point the member's active subscriptions (next bill date today or later) to the new card. Default: yes.

error_text

Message shown in place of the form when Keap reports the card was not saved. Default: Sorry, your card could not be added. Please try again.

plan_ids

Comma-separated Keap subscription plan IDs. When set, only subscriptions on those plans are re-pointed to the new card; leave empty to re-point all of them. No effect unless default is enabled. Default: ''.

processing_text

Message shown while the card is being saved. Default: Processing credit card update, please wait….

success_url

URL the member is sent to after a successful save. Default: the current page.

failure_url

URL the member is sent to when the save fails. Default: the current page.

tag_id

Torii tag ID applied to the member when the card is added. Default: 0 (none).
