[memb_learndash_is_completed]

Description

Checks completion for the item given by id:

• Course (sfwd-courses): completed when the user's course progress record shows completions.
• Lesson / topic / quiz: completed per the user's LearnDash activity record.

The not attribute inverts the result. Logged-out visitors and missing/invalid IDs render nothing.
