[memb_member]

Description

This shortcode pulls and displays any piece of information (contact details, custom fields, etc.) from the member's record.

Alias: [memb_contact] is accepted as an alias for [memb_member] in the Enterprise edition. Enterprise is cross-CRM and can operate without a CRM, so the broader "member" concept is canonical; "contact" is preserved as an alias for users coming from Keap or ActiveCampaign.

Fields are resolved in order: persona fields, WordPress user meta (first_name, last_name), then CRM contact fields. Multiple fields are joined with the separator attribute. Values pass through output formatting (txtfmt, capture, htmlattr, before, after).

Shortcode Examples

First Name: [memb_member fields="first_name"] Last Name: [memb_member fields="last_name"]

Multiple fields joined with a custom separator:

[memb_member fields="first_name,last_name" separator=" "]

Fallback text when the field is empty:

[memb_member fields="phone" default="No phone on file"]
