[memb_passkeys_manage]

Description

Renders a management table of the user's passkeys: name, creation date, last-used date, and inline Edit/Delete actions. The rename UI (inline input with Save/Cancel) and status messages are wired by the module's JS, calling the REST API.

Accessibility: each row's action buttons carry descriptive aria-labels including the passkey name, and the mobile card layout is driven by data-label attributes.

Logged-out visitors see a notice; users with no passkeys see "You have no registered passkeys."

A custom template named passkeys_manage_{template} is used when it exists; otherwise the built-in passkeys_manage template renders.
