[memb_profile]

Description

Resolves the target user and profile configuration, enforces profile access rules, and delegates rendering to the profile renderer.

Target user resolution order for the user attribute: 'current', a numeric ID, or a username slug. When the attribute is empty, the ?user= query parameter is consulted (same accepted forms), falling back to the current logged-in user.

Profile resolution: when profile names a slug, that profile is used but only if the viewer matches the profile's rules; otherwise the profile matcher picks the profile configured for the target user.

Renders nothing when the target user can't be resolved, no profile matches, or the viewer fails the profile's access check.
