Keap
The Keap connector (formerly Infusionsoft) keeps contacts, tags, and custom fields in sync both ways. Keap was the original CRM behind Memberium, so this pairing has been in production longer than any other.
Keap built its name on exactly the thing a membership site needs from a CRM: campaigns that react. Someone buys, the campaign applies a tag, the tag opens the site. Someone stops paying, another tag closes it. The connector is the middle of that sentence, and it has been refined over years of Keap-based memberships, which makes it the conservative choice when reliability is the top requirement.
Everything you already run in Keap keeps working. Campaign builder sequences, the legacy action sets, order forms, and the tag categories you've organized over the years all pass through untouched. The connector speaks Keap's API in both directions: contacts created or updated on the site appear in Keap, and tag changes in Keap reach the site within moments of the campaign applying them.
Custom fields sync both ways, so data captured on your site lands in the Keap record, and Keap data can personalize pages on your site through shortcodes. Contact IDs are handled for you, which matters more with Keap than with most CRMs: no duplicate contacts, no orphaned members, and clean merges when a member changes their email address.

| Shortcode | What it does |
|---|---|
| [memb_keap_add_creditcard] | Renders Keap's hosted card form so a member can add a new card on file. Card details go from the browser straight to Keap and never touch your server. |

| [memb_keap_creditcard_days_left] | Prints the number of days until the member's card expires. |
| [memb_keap_creditcard_expires] | Displays an expiry warning while the member's card expires within the next number of days you choose. |
| [memb_keap_has_creditcard] | Displays enclosed content only when the member has a card on file with Keap. The has_no form inverts the check. |
| [memb_keap_list_creditcards] | Lists the member's Keap cards on file with an opt-in Remove Card button that refuses cards still billed by an active subscription. |
| [memb_keap_list_invoices] | Lists the member's Keap invoices, and can add a Pay Now control that charges a card on file, applies a tag, and returns the member to the page with a flash notice. |
| [memb_keap_list_orders] | Lists the member's Keap order history in a styled table or card layout, with totals, balances, and the same design controls as the subscription list. |
| [memb_keap_list_subscriptions] | Lists the member's Keap subscriptions in a styled table or card layout, with self-service cancel and three levels of design control. |

| [memb_keap_order_subscription] | Renders a subscribe button that starts the logged-in member on a Keap subscription plan, charging their default card when one is on file. |
