Profile Builder
Member-editable profile fields. Choose which CRM and local fields members can see and update, validate the input, and sync changes back to the record.
Every membership site eventually needs a "edit my profile" page, and the hand-built version always goes the same way: a form with hardcoded field names, validation that half-works, a sync call that silently fails when the CRM changes, and no audit trail. Profile Builder replaces that with a configured form over fields Torii already knows about.
The field list is yours to define. Core WordPress fields like first name and bio, Torii custom fields, and CRM contact fields can all appear, in the order you choose, with the labels you choose. Validation is per field, so a phone number can require digits and a website can require a URL. Members get [memb_update_account] for the form and [memb_update_account_message] for the success or error feedback, and the form pre-fills from the current record so members edit what exists rather than retyping it.
Every submission writes to the local member record and syncs back to the CRM, so the member's data stays identical everywhere. A member who fixes their email address on your site fixes it in the CRM at the same moment, with no duplicate contact created and no nightly reconciliation job.
Profile fields also feed everything downstream: directory cards, personalized content, shortcode-driven merge fields. One edit in one place, and the whole site reflects it.
