Group Accounts
Sell the seats and let the customer fill them. The organization becomes the unit of access; owners manage their own people.
One buyer, many members: that's the shape of corporate training, team licenses, family plans, and classroom seats. The standard workaround is to sell individual memberships and hope the buyer forwards the welcome emails. That breaks the moment someone leaves the company and a seat needs to be reassigned to a new employee. Group Accounts makes the purchase what it actually is: one account for the organization, with seats under it.
The group is a real object with an owner, members, and optionally managers. The owner buys 25 seats, then invites, adds, or removes people without ever contacting you. Managers can be granted limited admin rights over their own team, which is how a department head runs their slice of a company-wide program. When an employee leaves, the owner reassigns the seat in a minute, and access follows instantly because access hangs off group membership, not 25 separate login records.
Billing stays simple too. The organization holds the membership; the seats ride along. Renew the company once and all 25 people keep access. Cancel it and they all lose it, cleanly, without a spreadsheet of individual cancellations.
CSV imports are included for the messy real-world case: a customer shows up with 200 employees in a CSV, and you hand the group to its owner with everyone already seated.
Ready to set one up? The Setting Up Group Accounts guide walks the whole life of a group: selling it, provisioning it from your CRM with webhooks, and handing the dashboard to the owner.
