The HighLevel connector keeps contacts, tags, custom values, and webhooks in sync both ways. Your site stays in charge: the CRM is a connection you can swap or drop.

HighLevel (also known as GoHighLevel or GHL) is the CRM behind many agencies and coaching businesses. Connecting it to Torii means the two systems act like one: a tag applied in a HighLevel workflow changes what the member sees on your site, and actions the member takes on your site flow back to their contact record in HighLevel.

Setup is two pieces of information: a private integration API key and your location ID, both found in your HighLevel settings. Paste them into the connection settings, run the connection check, and the sync starts. Webhooks are registered for you, so contact changes arrive in near real time rather than on a polling schedule.

Because the connection is tag-based, your existing automations work untouched. An email sequence that applies a tag on day three will grant course access on day three. A pipeline stage change can end a trial. The CRM remains the brain for marketing decisions while your site remains the brain for access decisions.

Custom values sync both ways too, so fields you maintain in HighLevel can appear on the member's site experience, and values the member updates on your site land back in their contact record.
